Thank you. I haven't read those books, but I have read through several commentaries, scholarly articles, etc. One really good book I read was in a counterpoint series that allowed scholars to debate pre-, post-, and amillennialism. I've also read a book by Barbara Rossing called The Rapture Exposed, which deals especially with the Left Behind books.

Analogy being when we're with God we're happy but we're still compelled to try to get away from him at every point. We do it so often God might consider getting a leash for us to stay on and I suppose he'd be justified in doing so.
